Once you decide you want to work together, you’ll get a personalized nutrition program delivered via my app, Everfit, with individualized macros or tips for portion control and meal ideas.
You’ll be able to log all of your meals and keep track of your nutrition plan on Everfit, where I’ll be able to see everything.
Each week, you’ll receive a check-in form on the app, where you’ll answer questions about how your week went and what you think might need adjusting, and we’ll have a check-in to discuss your progress.
I’ll answer any questions you have, and, if necessary, I’ll make adjustments to help you reach your goals.
