AS MUCH AS I LOVE PERSONAL TRAINING AND COACHING . . .

I don’t want to be your Nutrition and Fitness Coach forever.

I want you to get results so good you don’t even need me.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing I love doing more than supporting people with their fitness and nutrition goals — ask anyone who knows me, and they’ll tell you just how much of a passionate science nerd I am about it, but…

I don’t want to work with you forever, because that means you’re not “getting” it.

My goal as your Nutrition and Fitness Coach is to teach you everything you need to know about how to get the results you crave from nutrition and strength training, so you don’t have to rely on the support of a coach for the rest of your life.

You deserve to feel confident that YOU can get yourself the results you want, and that’s what I plan on giving you when you work with me as your coach.

Hi, I’m Joshua Diaz — Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

And I will happily support you for as long as it takes for you to learn how your body works, how nutrition works, and what the best strength training plan for you is, adjusting as we go to ensure your results are what you want from our time together…

But when you work with me, the end goal isn’t just having a body you’re proud of, or stronger muscles, or fat loss, or more endurance, or a faster race time, or reaching your goal weight.

It’s giving you the knowledge so your results can be sustainable.

You don’t want to spend forever dieting, or second-guessing, or flip-flopping between workout plans, or wondering if your next meal will fit your goals. You want to be certain that you know what works for your body.

AND BEFORE YOU ASK, NO. . .

You don’t have to sacrifice living your life to get the results you want.

Love going out with your friends on the weekend? No problem!

I won’t make you eat chicken and broccoli for every meal, I promise. You can absolutely find a way to fit in the things you want to do while staying on track with your goals.

Don’t have 3 hours to spend in the gym every day? That’s fine!

I’d never recommend that, anyway. You don’t need to spend half your life in the gym to make strength training work for you (if you’re following the right plan)!

Can’t commit to tracking your macros daily until the end of time? NBD!

While tracking your macros is an efficient way to monitor your progress, it’s not the only way — and when we work together, I create an individualized plan so you can stick to what works for you.

I’m not just saying that, either.

Even as a Nutrition and Fitness Coach, I don’t sacrifice living my life for the sake of following my plan — I create my plan around my life, so I know that I’ll be able to stick to it for the long term.

The best plan for you is the one you’ll actually use, so I’d never build an unrealistic strategy that’ll make you want to give up two weeks into it.

And that’s why making sure you understand and can stick to the nutrition or personal training plan I devise for you is my top priority — because the most effective plans are the ones you can stick to consistently.

My Mission As Your Nutrition and Fitness Coach

Reaching your health and wellness goals can be simple, if you let it.

“Finally! A plan that is actually easy to follow! I feel like I’ve been looking for this for half my life.”

“Before working with Josh, I had tried everything. I always got caught up in what to eat and when, and spiraling over nutrition labels — when, really, I didn’t even know what most of the information meant. Everyone tells you ‘low fat this’ and ‘high protein that’ but Josh actually explained what that meant and how it related to my personal goals. I finally feel like I know how to fuel my body (and what to make for dinner) without second-guessing myself.”

“Josh quickly understood what I needed and helped me make a plan for lasting change.”

“He was so helpful with education and putting systems into place to help me adopt change into my life, both health-wise and in my day-to-day routine. He was quick to answer my questions, and the way he delivered information was so easy to use and well organized. I would highly recommend working with him to anyone looking for support and direction to improve their health and habits, especially with nutrition!”
